About

One person, end to end.

I’m not a studio with a bench of names on the website. I’m the one who estimates, builds, and explains when something goes sideways. That works best when the product is messy, the timeline is tight, and real users will yell if it breaks.

How I price my time

I’m not racing to be the cheapest day rate on the market. You’re buying experience and blunt honesty: what’s worth building now, what can wait, and what will bite you later if you pretend it isn’t there.

What I care about on a project

Something we can measure

We agree what success looks like before we’re three sprints deep. No “we’re making progress” without a definition.

Code I’m not ashamed of in a year

Sensible structure, tests where they save pain, enough ops context that someone else could run it.

Straight talk

Bad news early, decisions written down when they matter, delivery you can plan around.

Sounds like how you like to work?
